Michele D´Ercole
Co-Founder
Michele has more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace, oil & gas, and automotive industries. He has previously served as President and Managing Executive of GE Aviation Czech Republic, he has occupied various management roles in GE Oil & Gas, where he served as the leader of the global Turbomachinery Advanced Technology Organization.
In Fiat Avio, Michele has worked together with many aircraft engine OEMs for the development and EIS of their products, and in Fiat Auto in manufacturing and commercial roles.
He is currently serving as COO of magniX, a cutting-edge innovation company working on electric propulsion systems while supporting the growth of Spinaero and its full establishment in the market.
Marius Leinartas

Marius has a vast background in the aviation field, in-depth industry knowledge and expertise in developing business in Europe, Africa, and CIS. He has a solid knowledge of EASA 145/147 line and base maintenance management
Marius is a highly competitive and result-driven leader overseeing and managing the company’s activities with operators, MROs, and channel partners.
He is dedicated to nurturing relationships with existing customers, building partnerships in new markets, establishing relationships with the founders and community leaders at each site.
Julie Skarkova
Sales & Business Development Director
Julie started her professional career in aviation as a flight training consultant, helping people from all over the world to choose the right pilot training path according to the EASA and FAA standards. Then she continued to Honeywell Aerospace to serve as a direct sales account manager for the EMEA region.
Julie worked with various aircraft operators and aircraft manufacturer field teams. She is experienced in business development projects, particularly in Europe, and India.
She is always dedicated to serving her clients and motivated to find the best solutions for them.
